Losing metal whit furnances?

Describe the problem as best as you can
Setup an array of (electric?)furnaces with belts and so on
Not all metal ores return as metal plates
If I push a full container/wagon of ores I should expect a full container/wagon of metal, or more with productivity modules
I start to notice when setting up "big" train - arrays smelting outpost
1) prepare a full container of metal ores
2) prepare a smelting array of your choose, ending in the same type of the origin container (in attached examples full Steel chest = 50*48 iron plates)
3) connect the full container with the array
4) wait while all the ores are smelted
5) count the output result (in attached examples => less than 50*26 iron plates)
