[1.1.81] Clicking on the title of a mod in the mod-install menu prevents keyboard scrolling

When I click on the title text of a mod in the mod-install menu, I am unable to scroll through the mod list via the arrow keys
This issue isn't seen when clicking on the the whitespace in the name field, nor any of the other text in the menu
