Minor visual issue. The tooltips of the technology tree appear behind the current window while an achievement notification is enabled. Maybe this isn't the only situation in which this behavior occurs, so I report it anyway.

I missed to take a screenshot, I can just show the expected behavior right now.


Steps to reproduce:
-Meet an achievement ingame so the achievement popup is visible
-While achievement popup visible: Open the technology tree
-(1) While achievement popup visible: Use your cursor, hover over a technology in the technology list in the right most column.
-(2) While achievement popup visible: Use your cursor, hover over a technology in the technology list in the left most column.

Expected results:
-(1) Tooltip visible like normal in foreground (see screenshot).
-(2) Tooltip visible like normal in foreground.

Actual results:
-(1) Tooltip is visible blurred in the background behind the technology tree.
-(2) Tooltip is not visible at all, because it appears behind the list of technologies.

I hosted a multiplayer game of Factorio. While in the tech screen, I hovered over a technology, which showed the information card as demonstrated below:
While I was in the tech screen, an achievement unlocked. When this happened, the information card and unlocked achievement card were obscured, as demonstrated below:
Instead, what I expected was for the unlocked achievement to have either appeared in front of the tech screen unobscured, or for only the unlocked achievement to have been obscured behind the tech screen, but not the technology information card.
