Hi, I have problems with the game crashing. This happens quite a lot (at least a few times every hour), and for no discernible reason. I'm currently playing with the following mods:


I'm attaching a dxdiag.txt containing my hardware specs.

Post a log that actually shows a crash.

Oh, restarted the game to see what mods I had. Previous log attached now.

And the dump file...

The log does not give more insight on the crash itself. Out of principle I'd update the graphics driver, it is quite old, if this does not help post a few more logs with crashes.

Updated the graphics driver and so far, so good! Thanks.

Actually, spoke too soon. Another crash, with an error message saying `GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY`.

And another, this one happened while idling in the menus for about 10 minutes.

OpenGL isn't enabled by default, have you tried disabling it? You can do do by ctrl+alt clicking settings and going to "the rest" and hitting the reset button top right.

Or if you don't want to risk resetting other things, the actual setting is called "force-open-gl" and is in the first section of those settings.

(But you are correct: opengl is off by default but can be switched on if the game crashes due to video issues.)

OK, running with DirectX I'm getting other exotic errors about the system thinking the graphics card has been removed. This happened after playing for about 30 minutes.

Try disabling the "Use flip presentation model" in the graphics settings? The devs say that helps for some people with that: viewtopic.php?p=507021#p507021
