TL;DR

The new tips are ignored by many new users for the wrong reasons such as missing the "mark as read" button or don't know how to reopen old tips.

What?

Many new users underutilize the "New Tips" on the bottom left.

The game should indicate better to the player to click the "Mark as read" button on the "Introduction" tip, as it hides many useful tips behind it.
Many players open the "Introduction" tip and then close the screen without marking it read (e.g. with escape), and thus don't know about the tips behind it.

The game should indicate that the old tips can be reread with the tips button , probably also in this "Introduction" tip.
There are players that don't dismiss the tips because they think they are lost forever.

On Switch, the tips are even less obvious how to open, with players missing them altogether.

Can confirm, playing on switch and have no idea how to open the thing.
