[1.1.76] Crash on close (PipelineStateManager), error start (FindClosestMatchingMode failed)

Hi,
sometime the game crashes when i close the game. I've attaches the save file where it last occured and the generated log file.

You can try installing the previous graphics driver.

This error happened also with two previous versions of the AMD driver. Another weired error occured in the past, where the game completely freezes but the music is still playing. Also i wasn't able to alt-tab into windows, close the application with alt+f4 or getting to the task manager with ctrl+alt+del. I've inspected the windows error log but couldn't find any suspicious messages.
Maybe i have to run a full memtest, if this occurs again.

My game crashes on exit, has no other issues, but has crashed on exit the lst 2 times I played, logs attached.

That log shows that it's crashing inside the AMD driver for your graphics card.

Driver update fix it, thanks for the advice.
