Just bought the game, but cant figure out how to play it

After one hour trying to download it, i found at least that i had to "upgrade" to download it.
Now i trying for one hour to fgure out how t play it, but there is no hint and no help within the game (transportation belt).
I dont want to watch 3 days youtube videos to figure out how to play it

When you start a new game there should be a category "Tutorials" in the upper left corner.

Ive tried it but i cant figure it out
I tried it now for ore than 3 hours.
Can i get somewhere my money back since i have not so much time
