[1.1.74] Failure Mod "base"

Greetings,

I am not a programmer and my English skills are not the best, so I am not sure if I have identified the problem correctly and didn't know what i am looking for in the Report Area..

Specifically, the issue is that I have Factorio on Steam and I have not been able to launch it for quite some time. The problem, I believe, is that there is an error loading the "base mod",... I found the problem on the internet, but the solutions did not work.

I have re-installed, un-installed, re-installed, checked for errors, checked firewall and re-installed the game and so on. Attached is the error log in the spolier.
i also did the "verifiy your game data" - progress after nearly every step.

Side information: i dont use Mods and on my laptop Factorio works fine but not on my computer.

Hello, try going into the steam properties for the game and clicking the "Verify integrity of game files ..."

I forget to mention, that i did the "verify integrity of game files"-process after every step i did. thought this could help, but obivously i have "all" datas correct

Can you try going to the steam folder and manually deleting the Factorio files and then do 'verify files'?
