Lag in inventory Menu

Recently started experiencing drops in FPS in-game.
Whenever I open my inventory, the FPS drops to Around 14FPS depending on what is happening in the background.
After closing the inventory the FPS counter quickly and gradually returns to 60FPS.
During all this the UPS stays at 60UPS
GPU usage usually hangs around 40%-60% and jumps to 90%+ with an open inventory menu.
CPU usage jumps between 30%-60% usage and is unaffected.
My system includes a Intel 9600K and an AMD RX 6600
I haven't played for a while so this issue I know I've only experienced with the latest update.
I use a few Quality of Life Mods like squeak through, mass rate calculator and vehicle snap, but it hasn't had an affect performance-wise as far as I'm aware.
Any Assistance is appreciated

It helps to add your log file so that we can see all the mods enabled.
Also what would be very helpful it to show the debug-timing-information in the F4 menu while your inventory is open. It should show what is taking more time than it should.

I took screenshots with gpu timing enabled, didn`t see an option to show enabled mods so I took another in the mods menu.
Noticed some of the values do go up whenever the inventory is open

A brainless method to check if some mod creates the issue:
- in mod manager, disable one of the enabled mods
- load your map with the current set of mods (if some modded item is removed on loading, ignore it)
- Check the fps. Now ok? if yes: it's the mod you just disabled
- if not ok: goto start and repeat with disabling mods one at a time until all mods are disabled
- if all mods are disabled and issue still present: dispair.
Since your list of mods is saved in the map save, you can always go back to the original set of mods by letting Factorio enable all mods during map load.
I would also terminate Rivatuner just to make sure.

Try disabling all overlays and run it in fullscreen.
Are you intentionally using opengl instead of directx?
Edit: All icons in your screenshot look kinda blurred, I think the driver is doing something weird.

I tried taking screenshots full screen, but something weird happens and it takes a screenshot of the main menu.
I've disabled some of the mods, I noticed the "simulation" mods had an affect on FPS with an open inventory, but there's still a drop in FPS to a lesser degree.
I had a crash not to long ago with my GPU that forced the game to run in opengl, I have no idea how to switch it back to directX. I have since did a clean install for the GPU but it still ran in opengl

I'd completely reinstall the latest graphics driver.

The latest driver is installed.
I found out how to switch it back to DirectX, also disabled all mods and re-enabled some of them.
Everything seems to be sorted now...
No FPS drop in inventory, it doesn`t even budge with an open inventory
Thanks for the assistance
