[Donion] [1.1.70] Freeze on close when audio device is disconnected

What happens: If the current audio device is disabled / unplugged, the executable cannot close, whether by hitting alt-f4 or quitting a game to the main menu. A game does not have to be started. If the device is disabled / unplugged at the main menu the game can't close.
Expectation: Game successfully closes, so I can restart with audio again.

In the case it may be system dependent, I am running Windows 7, and my audio is very plain: 0.181 [Audio] Backend:default; Depth:16, Channels:2, Frequency:44100

Last message in log from quitting at the menu:
31.509 Quitting: user-quit.

Last message if alt-f4 is used:
16.315 Quitting: window closed.

Related? This bug describes hanging on close, but was brought about when some underlying audio code changed :

Hello,
Recently I was doing a lot of disabling/enabling/unplugging/plugging of various audio devices, so I can tell you right away I can't reproduce your issue (could be system dependent, as I'm on Windows 10).
However, I'm currently in the middle of updating all our audio drivers (and probably adding a new one as a fallback).
So I would ask you to wait a little for the update, see if the issue persists and we'll go from there.

Thank you. It's not a significant issue to me. I noticed it when I accidentally pulled out an audio device.

The updated drivers are out now in version 1.1.71.
Can you check if you're still having the issue?
