In the first image you can see the information of the vanilla recipe
You can't see the product or where it's made (I want that)
In this image, is my recipe.
Below are the properties of both recipes

What am I doing wrong??

You have a recipe that takes a stack of power poles can only be done in beltboxes. When you limit the recipe to certain machines then the game will show which machine you need.

As for showing the product I think that's because of the "main product".

I thought that those options allow to hide the resulting products and the machinery that is needed.

No, they're not to hide it, but rather always show it. For example, the vanilla recipe you gave a screenshot to that doesn't show the information, this property would force it to show.

(I do not know how to force it to never show.)
