Destabilized toxirus missing

I am in a relatively desperate situation. After many 100 hours of base building, I am about to connect the quantum computer. Unfortunately, I can't find one last component. The "destabilized toxirus". Can I somehow get a hint where to find this thing?
I am playing with the Py Suite without PyAE an a few quality of live mods.
Attached is a screenshot of my factory. Sorry for the large size.

just saw this today. if you havent found it yet it replaces the space science from satellites in the rocket launches

Thanks a lot. Sadly my game keeps freezing since the last patch. I have to sort this problem out first.

Seems like there might be an issue with factorio we tripped over. Already 1 bug report on it so we'll see what happens
