[boskid][1.1.61] Items not in filtered inventory slot after inventory size change

Placement of filtered items is not consistent after un-equip and re-equip.
Items don't update and check if a spot is filtered after equipping armor.
Only tested with power armor mk1.
Placement fixes itself after interaction with any item in inventory.
