Factorio Forums

Hello there,

I have been gone for awhile and came back to the site. I cannot update my game because I get an error so I wanted to login to the website to download the latest version and reinstall my game. I cannot login to the website I don't know why my login does not work on factorio.com anymore but I was able to login on the forums to make this post. Help please ty!

Just so that you know, the account on Factorio.com is NOT the same as the account on forums.factorio.com. If you used the same login/password on factorio.com as you used to log back into the forum to make this post, it's not an anomaly that it didn't work on the factorio.com website.

Have you tried the "Forgotten password" and/or the "Forgotten Username" features on this page : https://factorio.com/login ?
