[1.1.59] [Solved] Blueish flickering when monitor refresh rate is high.

For a while now, since I bought a Viewsonic XG320U monitor, 4K 144hz, I noticed that I was getting some weird flickering in parts of the screen, mostly while zoomed all the way out. Even more weird is that streaming to a friend on discord to show it, they couldn't see it. After trying a couple things like updating my graphics driver, uninstalling/reinstalling the game, I came across this post talking about how high refresh rate affected their gameplay, albeit in a different way than my issue.
So it got me thinking what my refresh rate would do for my issue.
Changed my monitors refresh rate from 144hz to 60hz, and the issue went away completely from what I could tell. Changed it to 120hz and it came back. 100 hz and it was only there slightly. 90hz and I didn't see it for a small amount of time I was trying this.
I don't know what would cause this issue to happen and any help to alleviate this would be appreciated.
Oh and here is an image of what it looks like. It would change depending on where I was, what was on screen, like if I moused over an assembler or something. Also, it didn't seem to happen during the night unless around a lot of lamps. I should add, I've never noticed this in any other game that I've played since getting this monitor, so it's only Factorio.
