I have bough new pc with 12900k and found terrible issue.
When all cores enabled and Factorio started:
  1. Factorio is selected app: desync in multiplayer after 5-10 minute
  2. Factorio at the background: Crash game with "No Kernel" Error
  3. Factorio at the background: puts your pc to the hibernate state
When E-Cores disabled, game works perfect.

Pls fix it

Do you have XMP enabled? If so try disabling it.

Other games as example C2077,D2, PoE works perfect with all core enabled

Most explanation I can find off-hand: viewtopic.php?f=49&t=102177&p=566487&hilit=XMP#p566487

Update your bios. I had issues with XMP until I updated bios on motherboard, never had a problem since.
