I tried angelbob yesterday and factorio was halted by my physical RAM(32GB) over after 2 hours playtime.

I suspected my various mods.

so, I have tried to remove mods one by one. but I couldn't find what mods made my computer stuck by now.

You say you have 32 GB of RAM, but the log file says otherwise:

RAM: 10582/16182 MB

Windows is only seeing 16 GB. If you do actually have 32 GB: is maybe one of the sticks not slotted correctly or maybe does your motherboard not support 32 GB?
