Server - Player can't connect - UserVerificationMissing

Hi folks,

I was setting up a dedicated headless Linux server for a Twitch community event. Connecting works just fine for most, however I got this when one user connected:

I believe this is not a firewall issue, as most can connect just fine. The user in question has a legit copy obtained via Steam. I've tried to troubleshoot this myself, however I am not really finding much on this.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I do have the Server logs, however not the client logs. The person is not rly technical, so I fear I can't get them easily...

It seems to have been resolved - it worked just fine today with no changes on my behalf. I'm not sure why that may have been besides the above.
