[1.1.53] Crash randomly, hardware conflict?

This crash has took place 4 or 5 times. Idk when, the game has run in background (alt + Tab). Its hard to play 30-60 min. without crash.
Looks like the problem arise after CPU upgrade.
I was turn off HT and e-core (its not possible to turn off all of them) in bios but looks like this is dont have any effect for crash.
I was load older save (from old hardware, when game work fine), but now old save and game, crash too.
