Game crashing at 95%

So i just downloaded the game and started up the game for the first time, but it keeps crashing at 95%, tried reinstalling it a few times too.

here's the error thingy (no save file to include since i haven't even gotten the chance to start a new game)

Update your OS, and install a graphics driver.

oh my god i can't believe i forgot to do those things, this is a new pc so that explains things :lol:
