[Tips and tricks] kill count trigger

I would like to create certain tips and tricks depending on certain kill statistics. It is however not possible to create a kill count trigger.
My suggestion:
Prototype/TipTrigger/KillStatistic: load as KillStatisticTipTrigger
type:string = 'kill-statistic"
count:uint32 default:1 (optional)
entity:string Name of a Prototype/Entity.
The trigger would fire once the kill statistic for the selected entity is greater than or equal to the predefined count.
