Account wanting email validation - no access to email address on file

The game and main website are now asking me to get a validation code from my email on file. I've had this account for so many years and only using my account name, I didn't realize the email on file is waaay out of date and no longer valid/accessible. Is there a way to get that updated? My account is also steam linked if that helps for alternate methods of validation.
