Bots becoming inactive enemies when using map editor

I am playing on a MAC Version 1.1.48 Build 59155, mac.
I was using my construction robots when I accidently hit Control E which enters Map Editor.
When I return to the game, several construction robots become inactive. I cant grab them and there is a green or red cross underneath.
The only thing I can do at that point is shoot them like ennemies but they are not attacking me.
BTW: my game is without enemies...
I only had about 50 bots (mid game) and now i only have like 10 left...
