Save your savegames from AppData\Roaming\Factorio, deinstall and reinstall from https://www.factorio.com/download/experimental.

Don't forget to delete your files from /Appdata/Roaming.

Did you delete your Appdata/Roaming factario folder after deinstalling?

Yes it startet but after i changed the options and the Language it dosent work again
