i dont quite understand what you mean.
If you just want to block a single lane i would recommend this mod:
viewtopic.php?f=87&t=6227 but i dont know if this still works.

No. This mod was for 0.11.
We are in 0.14 now.
Use underground belts.

Is it possible for somebody to update this mod to 0.15 x and to 0.16 X
