I think Pyanodon removed normal coal as a map resource about a month ago (maybe longer, hard to keep track). There is only raw coal and you must refine it into normal coal.

Hi !

I just wanted to chime in to thanks you all for the excellent work you're doing here.
Pyanodon Alien Life is a great, great mod !

I think that the way you have to "research" the first few animals & plants, before being able to breed them is an brilliant idea !
When I first wanted to automate Raw Fiber, and started to look at the pre requisite for Kicalk, I was floored. But with time and dedication, I now have a working Logistic Science factory that is not a mess, and that feel great !

I started an imgur album with my progress so far if anyone is interrested: https://imgur.com/a/Y4qZ5uZ

Many thanks to you, Pyanodon & Kingarthur, and to every other person involved in that mod !

ps Didn’t it seem to me? Or did my card get so “unsuccessful"? Is there no ordinary coal on the map? Only unenriched? It's just amazing!
There is no ordinary coal on the map, only Raw Coal. You have to process it to get coal

What's the deal with being able to make Caged Auogs from empty cages in normal assemblers much faster than any Auog Paddock can, even moduled?

Uh what do you mean make caged auogs? You should only be able to cage uncaged animals

Not at a PC to make screenshots now, but latest pyal allows making Caged Auogs from empty cages in normal assemblers. Literally as it sounds.

You can take most animals and a cage, in an assembler, and output a caged animal. Conversely you can take a caged animal in an assembler, and output the animal and a cage.

It's a zero sum loop.

From what hes saying it sounds like the animal part of that is missing for auogs. Idk going to check it soon

I'm on latest, and it looks right to me when I check an assembler.

Epic minimap!

I can't recreate it locally. If you remove and replace the machine, does it still allow you to pick that recipe? Can you confirm the version of PyAL?

The 9.10 branch on github already has the fix for that specific issue.

Looking at the history of your repo, i am not sure if that branch is intended to replace master, or whether you mean it contains a fix that could be applied to master. Which is the case?

Its a secondary branch based on the current released version with a few bug fixes. Master is a complete redo and will eventually replace 9.10 completely
