You always knew the intent behind the license. In cases like these intent matters not how you choose to interpret it.

and if you would read a single word i've written, you were vague with intent and now it's up to a court system (take your pick, which jurisdiction do you think will buy your bullshit?) to decide - dunno if you knew this, but the license author doesn't get to arbitrarily decide what things meant after the fact, this is why legal language is important and you failed at consulting anyone who knows anything about licensing or contracts.

it says "such as", not "only".

The issue with transfering ownership without consent has been dealt with
