Alright, i guess then my future free time use will look like: modding FARL, modding SmartTrains, weeks later, actually playing 0.12, because:

I have the weekend + monday off, and already changed the api to 0.12
Most likely the first release will only contain trainlines, autorefuel and autodepart. The rules part of the trainlines will get a rework and probably take a bit more time.

I'm confused about how to set Rules for a line. I have a train going to three different oil well stops and delivering loads to an oil depot. I want the train to remain at the depot until the two tanker cars are empty. But when I go to rules, I don't see a place to put the resource icon such as you show in your instructions. There are some buttons at the bottom -- left arrow, 1/1, right arrow that are greyed out. I don't know how other pages are added or what they are far. Also, I don't know what the "signal" represents or what to use it for.
I think this mod is just what I need to manage my rail lines, but I just haven't been able to figure out how to use. What am I missing?

You only need to enable the 'wait forever' checkbox, where you did it with 'empty'.
