Pake, thanks for the report. I foolishly hadn't tested loading an existing save. Should be fixed now.

Done! Thanks very much. I couldn't figure out a way to test the Russian locale, so I'd appreciate anyone telling me whether it works for them.
What is it really used for? 1.3.4

Version 1.3.4
Error when laucnh https://yadi.sk/i/x16Uy6f53Tk83a

I'm playing with extracted archives, if i'll not extract archive there's no error with launch, so what can cause this error with missed graphics file?

Do you see that file in the right place when you have extracted it? Should be what-is-it-really-used-for_1.3.4/graphics/arrow_left.png. I can only think that it must have not extracted properly? Perhaps for example you ran out of disk space when extracting?

This is excluded, its many space on my disk, its strange that this error happening only this ur mod when i'm extracting archive, and only with 1.3.4 version, no problem with early versions
Can this file be corrupted? Some error with extracting of this file?

Could you please add the electronic logic board from Bob's mods to your mod? It's really annoying I can't search for it.
I think there are a couple of other things that also don't work.

that's because they have a different internal name

Do you know what the internal name is? When I go there indirectly through a component of electronic logic boards I DO see the boards. But, searching for electronic, or logic, or board doesn't work.

Try "processing circuit" (that's the vanilla one it replaces.)

FNEI let's you select the item from the crafting menu. I would recommend this.

straight from bob electronic mod locale file

internal name/ingame name
electronic-circuit=Basic electronic board
advanced-circuit=Electronic circuit board
processing-unit=Electronic logic board
advanced-processing-unit=Electronic Processing board

Ok, I would not have guessed that since not a single word is the same. It's really a shame it doesn't work properly.

I tried this mod but thought 'What is it used for' more convenient. Now, I may have to either reconsider, or learn all of the internal names.

Aha! Are these the only names that are different that you know of?
Also, I plan to add Bob-Angel's mods to my next playthrough after having done Bob's mods. Are there also a bunch of unknown items there?

Indeed, but without better support from the devs it's the best we can do, names-wise.

Remember that you can also select items by having them in your cursor when you press Ctrl+F. This might be more convenient. Or just search first for a related item. E.g. for the circuit boards search first for basic electronic components and you can easily reach all the circuit boards from there.

A few of Angel's items are also troublesome, yes. Mostly the items related to the custom ores because the terms like 'saphirite' don't appear in the internal names.

ya the only major ones i remember from angels that dont show up by name is the ores and all the different sort-able products. it get them all you have to do is search for something like "angel-ore-" and number 1 thru 6 to get the ore and its products. thankfully they are number in the same order they appear in the crafting menu. so far left is one, far right is number 6.

once you reach past the ore stage you can just search by the stage of processing your looking for i.e. crushed, chunk, crystal, purified

Thanks for the info guys (or gals).

It's a major bummer it doesn't work. I really hope one of the devs sees this post and fixes this. As it stands now it's a huge problem.

The devs are aware. There's a thread about it. But they don't want to make the changes we would like.

On the other hand, they have suggested in the Friday Facts that 0.17 will include a vanilla recipe explorer of some kind, in which case these particular mods may become unnecessary (though there are still other mods which would like the ability to search by item names, so it won't solve everything).
