Normally, on a pre-release, there is a small cut on the price.

Since it's an early-access, there is already a cut on the futur normal price. Therefor, there is no logic to add a "pre-release" cut on the already cutted priced.

I suppose the devs where given the possibility to release the store page before the real date, so we can add our steamkey already and maybe not break the system when everybody waits for the exacts time.

I have fallout 4 on steam .
Would prefer to have game exist on my hard drive without having to ask steam if i can play it.

Sure, just buy it from their website (http://www.factorio.com) and download it there. This was and is an option wich will not go away.

ohh I missed that you already own the game You have not to get the steamkey, it is optional. Only get it if you want.

900 RUB in Russia?! Are you serious?! Do you know economic situation in our country now?!

Of course, I know that the developers have nothing to do with it, because they just set original price, then Steam makes the rest of the work.
But guys, at now I highly doubt that there would be many purchases in Russia. Not because game is bad, but because 900 RUB is expensive!

P.S.:
For me - fortunately, I buy the lower tier (when game just release 0.10) when there was not so horrible situation with EUR/RUB, and I spent only 600 RUB.

Is it the economic situation that bad that what is essentially a 45% discount(900 RUB is 10,50 euro) is not enough? Brazil has it even cheaper at a 58% discount(€ 8,26 equivalent). Would that be more in line with your pricing standards?

Well [Edit] !! You know that economic situation in our country (SVK) is shit compared to west EU and guess what, we have SAME GOD DAMN price as Germany, UK, Swiss so get on with your life and deal with it! And eastern part where i live is extra shitty plus, so yeah it sux.

Is it just me or are the achievements still missing?
Anyone got any info on that?
