I just thought about the power of the treefarm Mk1 and I was stunned, since with 3 farms it's possible without problems to produce 5~6MW and I think that's too much. I would suggest making the trees grow a little bit slower, so you would need more farms for the same behaviour.

chop a tree, craft seed with log, craft farm, put electricity on the farm, and seed as fuel. wait.

Hello.

I have Factorio v. 10.3 and the Treefarm Mod v1.1.6

I craft Seeds and put it in the Farm. But nothing happens.. Can anyone help me?

Hello,
I just checked it and for me it works fine.
You have to put the seeds in the "fuel-slot". Another thought: Did you built the farm manually or with the help of construction robots? In the second case the farms won't work. You HAVE TO build them manually.

That's weird though.
Does it happens everytime or just sometimes?
What other mods are you using?
Could you check if the field-mk2 works properly? You can use the console to cheat it in if you haven't researched it, yet: "game.player.character.insert{name="fieldmk2", count=8}"

Could you provide a save-game with (a) not working farm(s)?

Well, in your first post you said that you use version 0.10.3...
Then the short answer is that the latest mod-version is not compatible with pre 10.3 game-versions

Do the trees added in this mod de-pollute?
