Summary:
Vanilla: not possible so far. Only 12 fish per rocket
Use a mod:
- to increase stacksize
- to circuit control silo
- that gives a configurable count of fish per min.
- EDIT: scenario/softmod GUI control to trigger launch at 100 fish.

In vanilla it is possible to wait for 100 fish to load before launch, via a scenario softmod that periodically checks the inventory of every silo and activates the silo launch command, using control.lua.

I already mentioned it here, lol. Apparently it was overlooked.

OK, I added it to my summary, but I wouldn't call it vanilla :|
