Just to point out guys that biters WILL attack military building ie. worms, turrets etc. The mechanism for them to attack other buildings seems to be hardcoded into the game so doesn't affect biters that are spawned in the way that they are in this series. The series is still workable and there are still uses for biters(like cannon fodder).

This time synchronising your videos was a pain in ass.

What happens if you put spawners in the other player's pollution cloud? Would the biters spawned aggro on the pollution-producing buildings?

Yeah unfortunate that biters won't attack the buildings, but still plenty of action and killing to be had. Hehe I bet it was a pain to sync them up. xD I will warn you now, my 3rd episode is only like 12 minutes because of my horrible time keeping.. >.> The next 3 are much better timed Haha

That is a very good question/point! We will need to try this. It could be a way around the biters not attacking buildings. Perhaps if they are naturally spawned from a spawner, they will go after the pollution producing structures like normal

From my calculations, based on the lenght of 1st episodes your time difference have to be ~5:44, but in reality it was more than 6:30 because of montage and Fish's intro. I have no idea how to synchronize 3rd episodes if there would be no mutual actions on the screen such as battles or chat messages.

Since fish is obviously better at keeping time, maybe he should leave a message in chat about 5.mins in...

Would make syncing easier

Oh I can assure, I'm sure you'll find some action in the 3rd episodes.

Hehe yeah perhaps that would be a good idea. I think I did a decent job for episodes 4-6 thoough

Can you add timer on the edge of the screen, with time from the start of the series. It will be very good to synchronize both episodes for viewers.

like the game time? should work, i don't remember where, but wasn't there a mod that added it into the right corner? (thought that might have been day-cycle clock and thus would be useless)

Thanks! I'm glad you like it, and if it is successfully we will probably do a 2v2 series.

There is something you can do to make map less effective for spying your opponent. If you set alpha of player color little over 1, the dot on map will become transparent.

does that effect the color you see you're self as?

Its in favor of mister Xterminator (like i predicted)
But Hopefully Fish is able to pick up some pace to have a nice and clean comeback!

I must say that you both are still thinking small. Since you both have all tech allready why no think big.. Create large smelting area's etc.
TBH i think that is the way to go. Because you need those science packs ASAP.
