I think 6 weeks holiday per year is just enough to recover from work. It's not usual, like in US, that people change their work after 3 years and make long holidays between that.

Lol, why is this even being discussed? These guys are self employed, it's their choice how many hours they want to work or don't work, how many holidays they want, or whether they deserve it or not. Nobody here has any right to judge or tell them how much they should do.

Seriously wube, just look at Command and Conquer Generals 2, AKA the ultimate game. Can't pass an opportunity like that.
