I'm going to need every mod you have as well because it doesn't crash for me when I load it without the mods and run the commands.

The mod pack is already uploaded, in a third post itt.
I don't think I've updated any of them since then.

Ok, I've fixed that crash for 0.16. The problem was you had entities on the neutral force (the ruins mod I think) and it wasn't accounting for that.

If you remove the entities to the north west it will stop crashing.
