TL;DR
I wish there was a recipe setting for the ghosted entity.
What ?
To create a blueprint, I created an object with recipe settings after installation. After that, the disassembly process was repeated.
If you can specify a recipe after installing Ghost, the disassembly process will be reduced.
Why ?
I think that unnecessary labor is eliminated by eliminating the intermediate process.

				+1 Though I'd really want this for all (ghost-)entity types.
I fondly remember Supreme Commander 1 - probably the only ever game where you could interact with planned buildings like they were real. You could give orders to future vehicles that will be produced in a factory that doesn't exist yet :D.

What ?
Ghost trains already can have schedule (when done by copying or blueprint). There should also be an option to edit ghost train shedule
Why ?
Currently there is even no way to see ghost train schedule, this would help here.
Also, so you could edit the train schedule without waiting for it to be build.

The copy recopy feature doesn't work on ghosted assemblers and other things, I fell like you should be able to do this.
What ?
As above, 
The shift + LMB and shift + RMB doesn't work to and from ghosted entity's and It seems that this should be a feature within the vanilla game.
Why ?

				Yes, please! I keep getting a section partially built with at least one of some machine with a program put down, change the setting on it, then use the shift-click to copy it to the others nearby, and get thrown for a loop when it doesn't work on the ghosts.

				Feature: Let's add the ability to copy properties from ghosts to ready built entities.
Why: Player can prepare a blueprint, and put it on top of an already built entity, so that the entity's properties from the blueprint are applied to the entity on the surface.
But now it looks weird that Player can't do the same via shift-right-click => shift-left-click from ghosts
