Sorry, but Train max speed i can reach is 298.1 kph.
Ever tried to put Rocket fuel into it...

I can confirm that higher acceleration fuel will give your vehicles a higher top speed. At least it's true for cars and tonks, so don't be shy on loading up that rocket fuel!
