Mabye a little funny but let me get this straight: "Best I can say about it is it's a humbling experience" is that sarcasm? I cant find any evidence that humble means something else than negative things. But since you say its the "best I can say" its either sarcasm or "humble" actually means something positive. Googleing and finding this didnt help me out either http://www.thesaurus.com/browse/humble

Humble is neither good or bad.

A farmer with 10 million dollars in a bank but wears walmart jeans and drives a 15 year old truck would be considered humble. Where as a stock broker with 10,000 to his name that wears designer suits and drives a BMW 7 series would not be considered humble.

humbling would mean that act of becoming more thankful for what you have weather it is a lot or a little.

Americans (especially teenagers) tend to think they are Gods gift to the world/very over confident/self centered.

Working a job like this will quickly show you that you are not that special and others don't really care about you like your parents do. Using humbling like this is generally related to realizing life is hard and will not hand you every thing you want on a silver platter.

alternatively he could have been referencing the amazing complexity and flexibility of a modern factory as something he never would have thought of realizing there are a lot of very smart innovative people in the world.

Best I can say about it = there's a lot worse I could say about it but I'll leave it at "a humbling experience" for the sake of not being a Grumpy McGrump.

I don't have a picture right now, but the Tesla power facility on Hawaii is -literaly- 50,000 solar panels and a lesser number of attendant accumulators (Tesla Power). The picture I saw looked just like one of KatherineOfSky's solar installations.

It's a 1986 photo of a ZIL plant's warehouse outside of Moscow.

Back in 2015 some urban explorers went in and took more photos before the place got deconstructed to make room for apartment buildings.

Finding Factorio-like videos can sometimes be a little hit-and-miss (In case you missed it, the reference is to the general type of engine which throttles by not firing its cylinders on every revolution.)
