The ctrl+click doesn't seem to work for me. On an empty tile it does nothing and on one with an item it moves all of those items into the trash slots.

Hey guys,

I like playing around with the inventory, splitting stacks and planning materials in my inventory, and for that reason I've disabled the "Always Keep Player's Main Inventory Sorted" option.

However, it would be great to be able to sort it anyway by a press or click of a button.

try automate everything. and you can use chest to split half stack, recycle slots are helpful too
