I thought about GPU and such things, but its mysterios that it happens at 3 differnt PCs (2 nvidia, 1 amd). And differnet OS.

This went too much into technical discussion, so moved from suggestions to technical help.

If you open Chrome in fullscreen mode (F11) can you Alt + Tab out of it without problems?
