Use FARL it does the same and works in 0.11.13.

That mod once again just to be sure everyone got the name is F.A.R.L. or you can write it FARL, a search for Fully Automatic Rail Layer would probably bring you to the right place .
Automatic Rail Laying Machine is dead, long live FARL!!!
P.S. If I'm not mistaken one of the functions this was using has even been removed from the game lol

I think it will be removed in the next update. It's the function that made steering with the mouse possible, but also caused desyncs in mp.
So right now it's not dead yet, it works up to 0.11.10 (11.11 changed railplacing). Farl only works from 0.11.11 upwards.
