Pretty sure that's them being optimistic, but not completely holding their breath. [if the patch isn't out by the 23rd, we'll start anyway.]
I haven't seen any post setting a concrete date either, so it's not just you if I'm wrong.

Well, the last post I saw about it by kovarex, he said it'll be released next week some time, so it'll likely be out before we would need to start recording.

Glad you liked it! The 2v2 series starting this Monday will be awesome, with the PvP bug fixes/changes in the 11.16 update, and... perhaps some other epic changes of some sort
