[2.0.60] Spoilage gets stuck in inserter when biter nest recaptured

I was noticing some of my biter nests getting locked with spoilage stuck in the inserter, and after some investigation I have a repro of what I believe happened. If you load the attached savefile
1. The bioflux belt feeding the spawner spoils.
2. The captive spawner, out of bioflux, reverts to a wild nest.
3. As soon as the nest is wild, the inserter grabs spoilage.
4. A rocket turret recaptures the nest.
5. The bioflux line is cleared of spoilage.
6. The inserter is still holding the spoilage, so is unable to insert fresh bioflux into the recaptured spawner.
This looks identical to a bug that is already marked as fixed, but my savefile shows this still happens in 2.0.60:

Once captured the "what ever" is stuck in the inserter hand because the captured spawner doesn't accept it. In this case, the spoilage will never be inserted even with the machine empty because it did not "spoil in the inserter hand" so it's not treated as "goes to trash slots" on the machine.
