Allow searching for Radar in map search

Currently trying to remove old radar I have in my base as it's covered in roboports now. It would be nice to be able to search for where radar is with the nifty map search functionality.

Out of curiosity, why don't you use a filtered deconstruction planner for this?

I would love to be able to search for all buildings!
