Infinite ores at starting location <- Used with other mods

This is not for default game, unless you really want, but more for mods that are challanging and to prevent "Softlockes" due to running out of materials and can't access more (enemy occupied), but without explicitly making everything infinite. Aka this starting might be infinite, but (for exemple) it's just 1x1 size. Meaning it can't supply a whole factory and it's really there just to prevent "softlocks"
On the ideea of other mods, well, the best exemple is a death world, or simple you want to take it easy, no mining outpost, no nothing, the ideea of infinite ores is exactly that. At the starting location (or landing for new planets), there to be one for each, that is infinite. Similare to the core extractor mods
And of course, this on it's own won't give to much to work with, so expanding is still needed. However, end game, you can just do infinite research for mining productivity. And this means that, who know how many hours later, a train stops just in frong of the miner, and it's wagon instantly gets full, due to how much productivity bonus it got.
This is expecially good if someone want to have a limited size map, but the "infinite ore" or "ore conversion" is to much of a cheat.
