Thorium Processing not researchable

Not sure what is going on here, but thorium processing seems to be permanently locked for me even though I unlocked both of the prerequisites from Bob's. Is using Bob's potentially a conflict here? If so, other than continuing to process uranium ore, is there a truly infinite supply of nuclear like with plutonium? Or am I missing some sort of other research? I searched all around the research screen but couldn't find anything else that was red or yellow.

I've also included screenshots of the mods I'm using for Angel's and Bob's in case that matters, and I'm playing on 2.0.76. I've also included my save

Ok well, I really wanted to finish this world so I ended up using the research command to unlock angels-thorium-power which was the one that was blocked.

This seems to be a caused by Nuclear Fuel mod. This mod hides the base game tech Koverex Enrichment. Angel's repurposes the tech to unlock Plutonium power. So when Nuclear Fuel mod hides the tech, it leaves Thorium Processing stuck.

I disabled Nuclear Fuel mod and then my tech tree looks like this:

I would recommend removing Nuclear Fuel mod as Angel's Petrochem does basically the same thing already. If you really do want to keep this mod, enable its Kovarex enrichment setting from the main menu.

Next version of Angel's Petrochem will force-enable this setting and hide it.
