I usually jump into a modded factorio game, so I filter based on that but recently I haven't found many games. I started leaving the modded filter to any and I see modded games that didn't show up when it was set to yes. I set it to no, and I see games that report they have mods. Screenshot for reference.

I was wondering if I'm looking at something wrong here and if other players are seeing this. I'm not on the latest beta, but I'm glad to collect the right info and report the bug if others can confirm if I'm crazy.

Thanks for the report. Those mods are part of the space age expansion and are not counted when filtering to “has mods” as that filter is specifically “has player made mods”.
