[Genhis][2.0.15] Rocket full with items refuses to launch and keeps requesting additional items that won't fit

Rocket capacity calculation seems a bit weird, and it confuses rocket silos.
I am using simple mod that modifies vanilla recipe for red circuits (basically a cheat mod) When I try sending up to my space platform, for example, 32k of these red circuits, I would expect the rocket to fill up as much it can and send its stuff up. What actually happens is - nothing. It thinks that there is not enough stuff to fill the rocket up, which is not true. 4 thousand circuits fill up in 1 rocket, but due to the weight calculation, it thinks rocket can hold 100 stacks. Then once I do have the 106 stacks on Nauvis, the rocket then requests circuits from logistic network, filling up the rocket with the four thousand circuits and never launches. It gets stuck, trying to request the rest of the 106 stacks that will not fit in. I would expect the rocket to just fill up all its slots and just launch, if there are no more free slots, disregarding the weight limits.
