QoL: Show item's quality info in ghost cursor menu

What?
Show item information with quality when different (from default/normal) quality button is pressed.TL;DR is example of legendary assembling machine 1
Why?
Because it's annoying to push alt button (factoriopedia) and then move mouse to diamond to learn the difference and then forget about this information in about 5-15 min and look at it again.Again, this is QoL suggestion.
