Havent played in a while, came back and my favorite hotkeys for Larger Tile building area and Smaller Tile building area do not work. I have them set to shift + mouse wheel, but pressing them in game with bricks/concrete in hand does nothing.
It does work with ctrl+mouse wheel or alt+mouse wheel.
It certainly worked in the past, probably in 0.15.

Thanks for the report. It seems to work correctly in 0.17 (although I can't see why it wouldn't in 0.16). So, I'm going to move this to fixed for 0.17.

It conflicts with Blueprint book scrolling.
I use control + mousewheel for that.

Either control + mousewheel nor Shift + mousewheel definitly doesn't work in 0.16.51 if double assigned.
